How custom cuts work

  1. Choose your sheet size and enter the number of sheets you need.
  2. Click ADD CUSTOM CUT and enter each cut (width, length, and how many pieces).
  3. Enter how many pieces you need at that size (this is separate from number of sheets).
  4. Remember: a 1/4" saw blade is used between each cut, so pieces must be slightly smaller than exact divisions (e.g. two cuts on 12×72 max out at 12×35-7/8, not 12×36).
