PRIVACY POLICY

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

This Privacy Policy describes how Falken Design collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit or make a purchase from www.falkenacrylic.com, use our services, or choose to connect a financial account to features provided through EmpAI or related Falken Design services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

Financial Account Information
If you choose to connect a bank or other financial account to our services, we may collect financial account information with your authorization through financial data service providers, including Stripe Financial Connections.

The information we may receive can include the financial institution name, account type, partial account identifiers, account balances, and transaction information such as transaction amounts, dates, descriptions, merchants, and transaction status.

We refer to this information as “Financial Account Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we include Device Information, Order Information, Financial Account Information, and other information you provide to or generate through our services.

How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We use Financial Account Information to provide and operate EmpAI and related financial-management features, including transaction categorization, bookkeeping assistance, reconciliation, cash-flow and financial analysis, reporting, expense monitoring, and unusual-transaction detection. We may also use this information to maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve these services.

Connected Financial Accounts and Financial Data
If you choose to connect a bank or other financial account to our services, we may access Financial Account Information only with your authorization.

We use Financial Account Information to provide financial-management features, which may include transaction organization and categorization, bookkeeping assistance, reconciliation, cash-flow analysis, financial reporting, expense monitoring, and identification of unusual or potentially suspicious transactions.

We may also use Financial Account Information to improve the accuracy and usefulness of financial-management features, including learning from user-confirmed transaction categories and reconciliation decisions.

We do not sell Financial Account Information. We do not use connected financial account data for targeted advertising, and we do not intentionally send connected bank transaction or balance data to advertising platforms.

We use service providers, including Stripe Financial Connections, to facilitate authorized connections to financial institutions and to obtain permitted financial information. Those service providers process information according to their own applicable privacy terms and our agreements with them.

You may disconnect a connected financial account as permitted through our services or the applicable financial connection provider. Disconnecting an account stops future retrieval of data through that connection, but information previously obtained may be retained as described in this Privacy Policy and as required for legitimate business, legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

Connected financial account information obtained through Stripe Financial Connections will be stored and processed in accordance with the data-location and security requirements applicable to our use of Stripe Financial Connections.

Automated and AI-Assisted Processing
Some EmpAI features may use automated systems or artificial intelligence to analyze information you provide or authorize us to access. These systems may assist with tasks such as transaction categorization, reconciliation suggestions, financial summaries, expense analysis, cash-flow insights, and identification of unusual transactions.

Automated results may be incomplete or inaccurate and are intended to assist users rather than replace professional accounting, tax, legal, banking, or fraud-prevention advice. Where available, users can review and correct automated categorizations or other outputs.

Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store--you can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site -- you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

When you use connected financial-account features, we may share or process information with service providers that are necessary to provide those features, including Stripe Financial Connections and infrastructure providers used to securely operate EmpAI. We limit this processing to purposes necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the requested services. Connected financial account transaction and balance data is not shared with advertising platforms for targeted advertising.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
