Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Order Policies
🚚 Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM (PT).
Standard processing time is 2–5 business days.
Full-size sheets (48" × 96") may be available for pickup within 1–3 business days.
Most orders ship via FedEx.
Delivery typically takes 1–10 business days after shipment.
Tracking information will be emailed 1–2 days before your order ships.
📍 Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Address changes can only be made before the order ships.
Once shipped, any carrier rerouting or address correction fees are the customer’s responsibility.
📦 Undeliverables or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned due to:

Incorrect address

Failed delivery attempts
-
Refused delivery
-
Failure to accept the shipment
The customer is responsible for:

Carrier return fees
-
Return shipping costs
-
Any applicable restocking fees

❌ Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled:

Custom-cut or cut-to-size materials
-
Customized products
-
Sneeze guards, plexiglass shields, retail barriers, and other COVID-19-related products

Items without original protective masking film
Note: By using our cut-to-size service, you accept and understand that cut-to-size orders are nominal and have a tolerance of ±0.125" (1/8"), and that non-optimal cut-to-size materials are not returnable or refundable.

“Saw cut” refers to a raw, unpolished edge.

This is considered a standard industrial finish
✅ Eligible Returns
Standard stock items may be returned if:

Returned within 15 days of delivery
-
Unused and undamaged
-
In new condition
-
Includes original masking film and packaging
Additional requirements:

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Return authorization is required before sending items back
💳 Refunds
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be properly packaged and insured.
No refunds for items damaged during return transit.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure fast order processing, all orders enter production at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on the scheduled processing day.
Requests to change or cancel an order must be received before 12:00 AM PT. Once an order has entered production—including cutting, fabrication, packing, or other manufacturing processes—it cannot be changed or canceled.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this production schedule and cancellation policy.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery within 3 days. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
If your order is damaged:
Contact the carrier immediately and file a claim within 5 days.
Keep the following photos as proof of damage:

The outside of the shipping box from all sides

The shipping label with tracking information visible

Internal packaging as received
-
Close-up images of the damaged area
-
A wider photo showing the full item
-
Any affected parts or components
We kindly ask that all packaging and items are kept until the issue is fully resolved, as carriers may request an inspection.
